At 50FRAMESofGRAIN, we understand the importance of your satisfaction with our 50FoG artworks. Our return policy is designed to address various scenarios ensuring a fair and transparent process. Please review the following guidelines:
Bespoke artworks:
- Every 50FoG artwork is bespoke, made specifically for you according to your order and ready-to-hang. Once an order is placed, it is considered unique, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Changes or cancellations or modification to orders cannot be accommodated.
Order Errors:
- If you realize an error in your order, please contact us at contact@50framesofgrain.com immediately. We will make every effort to rectify the issue within the bounds of our production process and possibilities.
Damaged in Transit:
Please inspect your order upon reception.
In the rare event that a 50FoG artwork was damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners and arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Email clear images of the damaged artwork and packaging (in .jpg or .png) to contact@50framesofgrain.com within 72 hours of the indicated delivery date.
- A damage review will be initiated, which includes the following conditions:
- Photos must be taken immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours).
- The artwork must not be hung or installed before the damage review.
- Damage reviews take a minimum of 30 days.
- If the damage review is successful, we will of course replace your 50FoG artwork.
